Stacy and Gordon Tease
Inspiration = Growth Stacy and Gordon Tease To be inspired is always the start of personal growth and success. Arguably, you can't have one without the other. Once you lose interest in something, it is hard to continue doing it. Do you find yourself in a rut lately? A good dose of inspiration can help. I am an inspiration junky. I have a habit of seeking out inspiration, being near it every chance I get. I always get inspired by beauty. The beauty of this huge world that we live in, traveling seems to always inspire me. Also the beauty of life, especially everyday moments in beautiful places and of course who can't be inspired by the beauty of a woman, God's most beautiful creation. People also have a way of inspiring me, those who have done great things, who have risked much in life to do something different, unique, yet creative and fascinating, the greater the relationship with such people, the more inspiration I receive. Much of my inspiration can be found in the beauty of great places and great people. Beauty can have many forms but it always inspires because beauty implies a creator- the fingerprint of some master design. Without beauty, there is no hope. Needless to say, Stacy and Gordon are beautiful people. Stacy is constantly on my Facebook, with her almost daily encouragements and comments and whenever I do get a chance to talk to Gordon, he always has something nice to say to me as well. I feel privileged to have people like this in my life, many of which are my awesome clients who support me and allow me to provide for myself and my family. Stacy and Gordon are truly warm and sincere people and you could sense this from their wedding day. I hope these photos match how lovely they are as people.

Thanks for this post Scott. When I get slammed down with great disappointments, the only thing that brings me back is inspiration. Without inspiration and passion... there would be no movement in beauty. Your photos are amazing and I truly appreciate your style. Thanks for sharing!

This was a gorgeous wedding - look at the 2nd shot of Stacy looking hot - whoa! I also love that one with Gordon and the groomsmen - great and inspiring all around. Congrats to Stacy & Gordon! Yeah, I called you earlier, just wanted to know your itinerary for next week. I'll try getting in touch with you tomorrow. Roll on Spain, inspiration galore!

@tdaddie - holy cow, you are weird and freaking me out with the profile pic!!!!!
Scott, thank you, thank you, so much for capturing our wedding. It was an absolute honor to have you photograph our wedding and till this day we feel so blessed that you were able to be a part of our wedding. My favorite is the one of our ceremony. I am going to blast the bad boy up and hang it on our house somewhere.
I hope you will send us some more " teasers" our way......heheheehe-- I'm just saying!
I'm continually amazed by what you can do w/ so little time! The images are beau-tee-ful!!! I love the 1st and 13th one! I feel like I'm looking into different time period!
Wonderful set Scott! I really love the fashion flare to the portraits... awesome!
I always enjoy seeing your teasers and watching your own personal growth when you've made such a difference in my own. You're a very inspiring guy to be around yourself, you know!
Beautiful set. I especially liked the first one - so romantic! And the flower girls are absolutely adorable!!!!!
awww what a beautiful couple they are!
Scott,
I'm always impressed on how you capture the spirt of each wedding so well. Where was the wedding?
Randall
Beautiful set, i'm most impressed by your posing standards and ability to find light!! Great group photo of the groups family!
Hi Scott,
These are beautiful images of Stacy and Gordon. No wonder they were so thrilled with them. I agree that inspiration equals growth. Now while nowadays I'm mainly photographing people, I took time out just over this past week or so to record some of the visual beauty of nature that is on display with Toowoomba's own signature event, The Carnival of Flowers. What you said about the fingerprint of some master design is so relevant, just the colours, the delicate contours, the myriad of scents that I experienced while I was wandering around enjoying all the parks and gardens and the floral displays inspired me. The ever changing light on the petals made for stunning images. Do you know people travel from all over the World to come to Toowoomba for The Carnival of Flowers. I've still got some images to post on my weblog yet from The Carnival of Flowers that I want to share, for instance the blue waterspout, but more about that later. I guess when I'm documenting the Carnival of Flowers, I'm really recording the spirit of the local community to rise above adversity. The drought has been so severe here in Toowoomba that the ponds and water displays in the parks have been left dry and only have been filled for the Carnival of Flowers, and then they will be emptied again, as water is so precious, but despite all the water restrictions, the local gardeners refuse to give up and leave their gardens bare, they have come up with ingenious ways to utilise plants better adapted to drought, and by split second timing of planting, they've done what nobody thought that they ever could, and a special mention should be made to give the hard working council gardeners, who have done the City proud, as well as the home gardeners, a pat on the back. I just think it is a shining example of community spirit and pride.
Hey, and thank you so much for dropping in, hope you and all your family are well, too.
Christine
These are amazing. Especially because I got to see what the actual scene looked like in person, and now I get to see how you've interpreted it through your eye and creativity. Truly INCREDIBLE!
Gorgeous wedding Scott! The photo of all the people with their cameras cracked me up!!!!
Hey Scott, I agree with you about inspiration. Thank you for being an inspiration for me. When I went to your workshop in the beginning of the year I did not expect to hear and be inspired the way I was by your teaching. I was not really planning on doing much wedding work but after being inpired by you I will have worked on 10+ weddings by the end of this year! Thank you since without this inspiration I would not have the creative outlet I need, especially having been on my everyday job for so many years. Congratulations Stacy and Gordon, your wedding looks like it was an amazing and fun celebration.
